The boots are not as stiff as the ones I've had in the past so I have to work a little harder to ski in them. But overall the boots are great and there was absolutely no break-in time.

Comments about Alpina Blazer 75mm Cross Country Ski Boots 2012:
I have some older gear with a 75mm binding. these boots were a perfect replacement for my old worn out boots. My skis are still good, so this was a cheap investment. These boots fit well, have good support and fit my old bindings perfectly. They look durable. I have a wide foot so I bought a half size bigger which fits well.

the area of the foot/toe bends, the shoe material is sharp and digs into the upper foot. wearing thicker socks help.
