When I received these poles, they came with 2 powder baskets and only one small basket. I called skis.com and they told me they would send me another basket. They did as promised, but, it was another pair of the larger powder baskets and not the smaller basket which I needed. I used the poles with the powder baskets and I like the feel of them and would recommend them to my friends.
