It comes equipped with a heavy duty PVC bladder, a 600 denier polyester cover, reinforced quick connect tow point, 4 foam filled handles with neoprene knuckle guards and a neoprene chafe guard for your legs. This Razor is kind to your skin but cuts the water big time!
