$7.95 UPS Ground Shipping - Limited Time Special (Details)
As part of the LTD series the Alpha 1 from Armada blends the best possible materials and most modern technology to provide a park ski with no equal. Utilizing patented EST Park Rocker, subtle tip and tail rocker with camber underfoot, the Alpha is an easy carving and nimble ski that disengages cleanly making it perfect for butters or presses and smooth when setting spins. The EST Park Rocker also gives the Alpha 1 a tight turn radius so it skis shorter than it is for easily navigating the park but has all the stability and length you want when it's time to stomp your landings. Taking Armada's Best Triple Hybrid Core, three extra dense stringers laid into the wood core for explosive pop without extra weight, CK stringer, a carbon/kevlar blend adding stability for stomping landings and extra Ollie power, and Comp Series base, a world cup caliber base that requires you treat it well and wax often but offers the fastest possible glide, the Alpha 1 balances enormous pop with great stability and speed. Wrapped inside the AR50 construction with the 2.5 Impact Edge the Alpha also has the durability to withstand seasons of abuse from rails, boxes, ledges, or whatever else you happen to slide on. Proven in competitions throughout the last two years the Alpha 1 is a tool for pushing progression and taking you and skiing to the next level.

Comments about Armada Alpha 1 Skis 2013:
Hi, Tom here with the Armada Alpha 1. I'm gonna give this ski 4/5 stars. It's a really playful ski, that's what I liked the most about it. It's incredibly versatile as a park ski that you can take all mountain. A little bit of tip and tail rocker allows it to be super forgiving. So you don't have to be the most aggressive skier, and the thing absolutely rocks switch. If your looking for a pure all mountain ski, it's not quite the way to go. If your a park guy that does everything else, it's a good ski for you.

Hi, I'm steve, I'm here with the 2013 Armada Alpha 1. This is a park ski, I'm not really a park skier, but it was real solid. It's a nice stiff ski, it's got a sidewall underfoot to give it a lot of stability, and it actually turned really solid. It was good at speed, and it held an edge quite well. It has a little bit of early rise in the tip, but solid underfoot, I give this 4/5 stars.

Hey, its's Hunter here, jus got off the Armada Alpha 1, and this is a 2 star ski for me. I'm not much of a park skier, and my park skis, and jib skis, I like a traditional side cut and a bit of a softer flex. This has the kind of variable side cut to it, it's really loose feeling, it's not very carvy. That being said, if your into rails, and don't wanna hang up doing shuffles, or landing switch, this is a great choice. It's really forgiving of landings with that being said, if ou want traditional edge hold, and kind of an all mountain feel, there's other choices to look at.

Hi, I'm Charlie, I just got off the Armada Alpha 1. I'm gonna give this ski at 3/5 stars. I was getting a lot of chatter out of it, didn't seem like it really wanted to hold an edge all that well. Were in a little bit of a hard pack with some crud today, and it just seemed like it was just bouncing around a lot. I wasn't getting much dampening out of it. If your looking for something that you want, maybe like a teen, or a lighter weight person, do a little bit of a jib with, then it might be a great ski for you. If your looking for something for the groomers, and the front side, then I would stay away from this.

Hey, I'm Brad, I just got off the Armada Alpha 1. I'm gonna give this ski 4/5 stars. A little bit stiffer than the Halo, but still held well underfoot. Definitely for your more park, pipe rider. Skis switch really well, flip's back-and-forth really well. Again didn't hook up great for the bigger turns, but if your looking for something that's kinda fun, real snappy, it's a great ski.
