The Diamir Fritschi Eagle is a new alpine touring binding that is as reliable as an alpine binding with the comfort, weight, and touring ability of an AT binding. The new design incorporates wider supports in both the toe and heel for more leverage to move wider skis. A four level heel elevator can be adjusted to 13, 9, 3 or 0 degrees when skinning up for a big fresh descent. Weighing in at 1970g a pair you can climb higher and faster. A frontal and active safety release makes sure that you are in when you need to be kept in, and will release you when you need to be released. The anti friction plate is made from high quality Teflon, that will allow your boot to slide out, even if you have AT boots with rubber soles.
