The Atomic Panic will make sure that you always have a cool and level head. This all mountain twin is a perfect ski for the lighter weight or lesser aggressive skier who can do a little bit of everything. At 87mm underfoot the Panic can be edgy on the groomers, and still have some fun floating in light powder. The All Mountain Rocker Profile has 20% rocker in the tip to keep you floating in powder, and initiating turns quick on the hard pack. 70% camber underfoot is for stability and rebound in any snow condition, and 10% of rocker in the tail, just to keep things playful. The solid wood core has a lively and snappy feel to it making the Panic a perfect ski for someone in the Midwest or East who will take a spin or two in the park, be does not want to limit themselves anywhere else on the mountain. The Panics Step Down Sidewalls gives the ski edge grip on the firm snow, but the half cap construction in the tip and tail makes the ski super playful for the lighter weight skier or teen. If you are looking for an all mountain twin that wont break the bank, that has a playful feel, the Atomic Panic will keep you cool... Don't worry.

Comments about Atomic Panic Skis:

Hey guys, this is Luke, I have the Atomic Panic, I give this 4/5 stars. On the hard snow I found it carves very well, more forgiving then it's bigger brothers, so it was easy to initiate turns. Definitely a ski more geared for your intermediate through advanced level skiers, check it out, the Panic.

Comments about Atomic Panic Skis:

Hi, I'm Kevin, I just got off the Atomic Panic. This is a great solid intermediate ski. Give it 4 1/2 out of 5 stars, very stable for an intermediate level, all mountain twin tip. Something that you can really progress, an start to venture off the groomed trails on. Still holds a very good edge on the hard pack trails. With the 87 waist, your gonna be able to get through moguls, cruddy snow, boot deep powder. Adventure out really grasp for the whole mountain on this thing. Good all around intermediate, low level advanced ski, 4 1/2 out of 5 stars.

Comments about Atomic Panic Skis:

Hi, I'm Charlie, I just got off the Atomic Panic. I give this ski 5/5 stars. For that intermediate person that's just getting into the sport, or somebody that hasn't quite reached their full potential. This is a great ski to help you advance. It's really lively, it's got a lot of play in it, it's something that will really help you get a little bit better, and still let you do the whole mountain.

2013 Atomic Panic Ski Review

Comments about Atomic Panic Skis:

Hello, this is Trey, I just got done riding Atomic's Panic for 2013. This skis only 400 bucks, and it totally rips, I give it 5/5 stars. Super quick, 90 millimeters underfoot, so it's still stable in kinda cruddy snow. You can take it in the bumps, you can take it in the park, pretty much do anything you wanna do. Anyone from a beginner all the way up to an advanced skier will have fun on this ski, especially if your on a budget, 5 out of 5.

2013 Atomic Panic Ski Review

Comments about Atomic Panic Skis:

Hi, Tom here, with the Atomic Panic, give this 4/5 stars. Real solid ski at the price here, little bit of sidewall gives you just the right amount of grip. it's a very stable ski but it's really geared towards Your teen, or somebody getting off rentals, getting into their first set of skis. Where they want the twin tip, but they need an all mountain ski. Its got a great feel to it on the carve. Again, super stable, until you get to the high end of speed, but it can also be skidded, an slid around quite easily. So your gonna have something that's gonna work in the park, be a great all mountain ski, and then also work off piste if you want to venture there.

2013 Atomic Panic Ski Review

Comments about Atomic Panic Skis:

Hey there, Sean, I just got done skiing the Atomic Panic ski. I give this ski a 4 1/2 out of 5 stars. It was a really fun ski, I had a lot of great control with it. Its not a true twin tip ski, but its a ski that you can take all over the mountain. From groomed runs, to off groomed runs, a little bit of powder. Overall I had a great time on this ski, it was really easy to maneuver with it, and get on its edges, and it rebounded perfectly. Overall I give this ski a 4 1/2 out of 5 stars.

Comments about Atomic Panic Skis:

Hi, Kyle here with the Atomic Panic, I give these a 5/5. There soft where you want them, and stiff where you need them, there stable, but still playful. Good for anyone from beginner, just trying to do all mountain, and wants to get into park. To someone who rides park all the time that does a little bit all mountain. It's great for anyone from beginner to expert in my book, 5/5 love it.

  • Q:

for the 2012 model, where should the bindings be mounted for someone that wants to do more park stuff but still wants to be able to do all mountain skiing as well?

      A:

It will ultimately come down to a matter of personal preference, but most park skiers would want a model such as the Atomic Panics mounted centered.

      A:

At your height, weight and skill, I would recommend the 157cm length, as this will be right within the appropriate length range for you for the Atomic Panic's. If you plan on using these skis to progress skill-wise over time, the 165cm length will be a bit long at the beginning but will last you for a longer period of time.

  • Q:

    do you mount bindings
Asked on 2/17/2013 by Ravi from New City,NY

    1 answer

    • Staff Reviewer

      A:

We do mount the bindings for a $75 charge, but you would need to purchase the skis, bindings, and boots, all on the same order for us to provide this service. You would need to add the mounting service into your cart like an item.
