This is a great Backpack. I purchased it for a ski trip that involved some hiking and worked great. Holds ski's very well, integrates with a camelback hydration system very well and the shovel holder was pretty clutch. The only thing I wish it had was more compartments. It has a goggle compartment and the main large compartment. A couple of small pockets within the bag would help for orginazation. Overall, it's an awesome bag.

This pack is perfect for carrying a shovel, probe, and snack into the sidecountry for a day of skiing. For bigger trips it's nice to leave the bulk of your gear at camp and take just the essentials for the day in the pack. Gear stores securely and is quickly accessible.
