I replaced my Supermax batteries, which stopped charging correctly after a couple years, with the Max set, which is a level lower, not wanting to pay for new Supermax level ones. The new batteries work better than the higher level older ones! The older charger was better as it has lights that show when the batteries discharge, charge and has universal plugs but it is usable with new batteries. I am greatful I can get replacement parts. Skis.com had the best price, tho not cheap. If only the price of the lithium batteries would come down!
