More bang for your buck, the 5th Element TXT is a brand new junior twin tip ski. Designed for beginners and intermediates, the TXT features a very soft flex pattern, a twin shape, and cool boy approved graphics. The soft flex is ideal for kids because it allows them to initiate their turns easier. With a quick transition time between turns and a smooth feel under the foot, the TXT will be a blast for kids to explore the slopes on. If your little daredevil wants to get adventurous in the park the twin shape is perfectly designed to do so.

I am a 55 year old 5' tall woman who can handle any blue and most blacks, but don't ski very often. I had a fabulous week on these at Stratton! The was a little shaking when I was going my fastest, but made up for that in the carving and lightweight manuverability in lift lines and in the glades.

Bought these skis for my son based on price and reviews from this site. He loves them and they work out well for the beginner to intermediate pre-teen skier. No complaints so far and we bought them a little longer so he can use them for a few years. Bottom line, great overall ski for a great price

Bought these skis for my 7 year old son. He has been snowboarding for two seasons and decided to go back to skiing. He found the skis very adaptable and easy to turn. Recommended.
