The Coda is built for young skiers starting to build the strength and technique to dominate the entire mountain. Designed as a gateway ski the Coda is perfect for young skiers who are starting to push the limits of what traditional junior equipment is able to handle whether it is in the park, pipe, or all mountain skiing. Based around a cap construction the Coda is still a very forgiving ski that will accommodate a few miscues along the way but has the grip and stable feel that even the most aggressive young skiers will struggle to ever out ski. The smooth performance of the Coda is due, in large part, to the Fleet Core which is full wood and tapers to a 45 degree angle at the tip and tail for easier entry and exit to the turn but aids in edge hold and supplies the pop and energy a more aggressive skier needs to continue to improve. Wrapped up in a Laminate Matrix to ensure the perfect balance of flex tip to tail, and given the durable combination of an S7 Base and 2.5 Impact Edges to handle any rail sliding or rocks your little one may encounter the Coda has it all. If you kid seems to have hit a plateau and his equipment is hold him back grab the Coda, but beware, he will be out skiing you shortly after.
