The DC MLF was developed primarily in the private park at the DC MTN.LAB by Devun Walsh and Iikka Backstrom, The MTN.LAB Freestyle is DCs high-end true twin tip ideal for park and backcountry riding. For the MLF, DC has brought back Radius to Flat technology. The unique tip and tail profile, previously forgotten until the WI09 DC snowboard line, will float through the powder and help you stomp those landings. A true twin tip, the MLF has DCs Aeron core. This core is comprised of two types of wood, poplar and obeche, vertically laminated then finished super thin in the tip and tail for pop, power, and a low swing weight. There are strips of Kevlar and Carbon running along the MLFs effective edges, adding pop, responsiveness, and vibration absorption. The MLF features 64.20 BI-A laminate, a strong fiberglass that's very durable and that absorbs unwanted chatter. Finally, it has DCs 4400 Sintered base making it fast and easy to service.
