Other features are the Protrak System for precision and power for cutting turns with control and fluidity, the pulse pad which is a shock absorbing and anti-vibration elastomer layer along the edge to give you a smoother and softer ski/snow contact, and the Ptex 4000 base which has perfect gliding and wax absorption while having great abrasion resistance.
