Service and delivery comments:
Beware that for some reason, the box to enter a gift card code is not on the same page as credit card payment options (like it is on almost every other e-commerce site). Instead it is at the bottom of your order total before you "check-out". It took me 3 visits to the site/going through the payment process before I figured that one out!
