The price, shipping, and those details were great through summitonline. The skates arrived in good time, and they performed very well right out of the box. My wife says they are very comfortable, which was a concern about Lightnings for men. This is certainly not the case with these gems. My wife can hang with me on some quite fast mini marathon sessions. Her skates are so quiet that I can't hear her creeping up on me at times, barring the occasional leaf. Great ankle support, yet low enough cuff. I was uncertain about sg9 bearings, but they are doing fine to this point. My wife has never said that her feet, ankles, or knees are aching due to design problems. She only may say that other major muscles are getting torqued, which is the idea. I'm very glad that I purchased these for her. Will probably put them away during the winter because these skates are too nice to ruin with salt, water, and other aging elements. They would probably stand the test, but I won't force the issue. Thanks summit; Jay
