Product Description

Designed and built for the serious fitness skater looking to strengthen their skating, and participate in advanced fitness training activities. Rollerblade has created this pair of Crossfire 90 Inline Skates with men in mind. The slimmer boot is soft and made of activa true wrap that has graphics on the wrap and cuffs. You will experience durability along with a superior fit from the specialized 5 star fit liner with memory foam. Fast, smooth and effortless gliding is what you will experience each time that you take to the road, track or surface to begin your cardio pumping distance skating. The Lo-balance magnesium frame is tough, stiff and durable, allowing you to skate farther, faster and easier with less effort. This pair of Crossfire 90 Inlines will feel like a custom skate each time that you put them on because the boot closure of a cuff buckle, power strap, speed laces and lace lock will equally allow you to adjust to the perfect fit every time. The magnesium frame has less flex and movement, this reduces the amount of energy that is lost when energy is transferred to the wheels. The SG9 bearings will determine the smoothness of your ride and your ability to reach higher speeds with less effort, thus creating a longer roll for you to use to your advantage. This low profile boot with the 45 degree strap and high end components will be the essential part of your inline skating while providing you with support around your ankles for lateral movements that are key to start and end with a great cardio pumping workout.

Good Fit and Performance, Bad Laces

Cons

  • Laces do not tighten well

Best Uses

  • Moderate exercise

Comments about Rollerblade Crossfire 90 Inline Skates 2012:

I tried other skates by Rollerblade and K2 but in the others, either the laces cut into the top of my foot bridge or the strap did. The crossfire strap is higher and so fit better. The only downside to this skate it the lacing system. There is a plastic widget that you push down with one hand while holding the laces tight with the other hand. But it is more or less impossible to get the laces to stay tight.

Comments about Rollerblade Crossfire 90 Inline Skates 2012:

These skates replaced my "macroblades" which finally broke after 17 years.
I am 51 and use skating for cross training.
I considered the "tempest" but felt that they would require more concenrtation to skate.
