Rollerblades Fusion X7 is built with both a molded and soft skate design blended together to give you the benefits of both skate types. The unique molded shell maximizes performance, stability, and durability without adding weight. Vented shell and specialized fit liner ensure comfort and breathability. Shock absorber in the heel minimizes impact. The Fusion X7's frame is aluminum 6000 shaped for optimal torsional resistance and has a low balance UFS set up for better control. The heel shock absorber minimizes an already low impact and the axles are light weight. Fusion offers replaceable components and removable, optional sole plates for versatility. These skate are designed to fit Men and Women skaters, sizes are listed as men's sizes, order one size smaller than is needed for women skates. (eg. For Women's size 6 order a size 5.)

Comments about Rollerblade Fusion X7 Urban Inline Skates 2010:
The overall support is very good, but the velcro power strap really doen't let me cinch up the top around my ankle as much as I'd like to. The lower strap across the foot however does a good job. The 90mm wheels roll smoothly and silently over our uneven city streets. Those SG9 bearings are superb!

Comments about Rollerblade Fusion X7 Urban Inline Skates 2010:
I have flat feet and I already purchased 1 size larger and they are still a little narrow. The worst part is the pain I get on my ankles! My last skates did not have molding around the ankle. Instead there was an opening and so I never realized how much it helped. My ankles were in so much pain it lasted a few days. And besides the inserts there's no other support for your foot (and the insert is NOT that good). If you have issues with your feet you'll need to get some inserts or something. Sadly, I will not be able to use these at all.

I loved these however I would prefer a buckle where the tie is; kind of hard getting on and off especially the first few times; My foot is a size 7 in womens but because my foot is very wide I order a size 7 in mens; so any woman ordering you need to know this if you have a wide foot.

Comments about Rollerblade Fusion X7 Urban Inline Skates 2010:
Fusion X7 is lightweight and very nimble, even for 90mm wheels. The size is very snug, use bicycle socks or something similar. Skating for longer duration (more than 40 minutes) the padding does not feel comfortable as the outer shell starts biting at your feet (toes and ankle area). The velcro ankle strap needs to be more robust to tighten the outer-shell around the ankles. I found the outer-shell to be little stiff. The above review is based on two one and half hour trips on road and paved surface. I am still looking for a versatile/comfortable roller-skate for commuting and training.
Happy & safe skating
