Atomic Hawx 110 Ski Boots 2011 |
The Hawx 110 balances on the fine line between high performance and comfort. Using a 110 flex shell and the ASY Pro T3 liner the Hawx 110 manages to offer tremendous support while being slightly softer in flex and having more cushioning than it's big brother, the Hawx 120. The Hawx 110 still incorporates the I-Flex design, giving the skier unparallel traction and balance, allowing the forefoot to move naturally under flexion. As well as the ASY liner concept complimenting how the foot naturally works in the shell. While the foot drives the ski the ASY liner allows for superior feel and grip. As the edge is released the liner springs back to provide more cushioning and all around comfort. This allows the Hawx 110 to keep all of the great fit and technology features that make the Hawx boots so popular. The Pro T3 Liner is where the Hawx 110 gains additional comfort, achieved by adding memory foam through the heel pocket of the liner. Skiers looking for a true performance fit but do not ski in an overly aggressive style can get the support needed with open to close comfort. Also, highly aggressive skiers that are smaller in stature can take full advantage for all the performance the Hawx 110 has to offer in a shell flex that maybe more manageable. The balance that the Hawx 110 is able to strike make it a truly unique all-mountain ripper.

Comments about Atomic Hawx 110 Ski Boots 2011:
Really nice boot I have no complaints about the construction or performance. I would recommend spending some time wearing them at home before hitting the slopes. These are stiff boots and need some breaking in before you can really appreciate what they have to offer.
