Atomic Hawx 90 Ski Boots 2012 |
The Hawx 90 is a go everywhere boot for intermediate to lighter weight advanced skiers. Utilizing a 90 flex shell and cuff the Hawx 90 is stiff enough for a responsive performance feel without being overly demanding. Taking from Hawx DNA, the Hawx 90 uses I-Flex zones that allow for natural flex of the forefoot, resulting in better balance and more control. This means any and every skier can benefit from the I-Flex zones. To keep the Hawx 90 warm and comfortable the ASY Sport liner is used. By combining a very warm inner liner material with two heat moldable zones the ASY Sport liner gives all day comfort with good energy transmission to the ski. The Hawx 90 uses the traditional four buckle set up meaning it can offer tremendous heel retention, helping with how quick the Hawx 90 responds. At 100mm the forefoot of the Hawx 90 falls into a high performance fit that can accommodate all but the widest of foot shapes with relative comfort. For intermediate skiers looking for a traditional feel with better than traditional performance look to the Hawx 90.

Comments about Atomic Hawx 90 Ski Boots 2012:
I ordered 4 pairs of boots, and these blew the others away, hands down. I haven't skied in them yet, but they fit well, heel is good and snug, they're easy to get in and out of, they're comfy and seem warm, and yes, they're sharp (I got the green). Can't wait to hit the slopes!
