The Mission RS 12 brings high end performance and fit to a wide platform. Using Salomon's V last, the Mission RS 12 has superior heel hold for precision with a wider toe box for added comfort. Contributing to the precision feel of the boot, Salomon adds the CustomFit Pro liner. A fully thermoformable liner, the CustomFit Pro gives excellent energy transmission through more dense foams and a tight heel fit. Single point cuff alignment and 4 micro adjustable buckles allow the Mission RS 12 to easily be dialed in for a variety of foot shapes, while tool free catches on the upper cuff make for quick and painless adjustment for varying legs shapes as well. With a 102mm forefoot the Mission RS 12 certainly falls into the category of wider fitting boots, providing a great option for square toed or wide footed skiers that do not want any sacrifice in control and response.

Beautiful boots. Very comfortable. I'm a 14D/E, or Mondo 31/31.5. I tried several boots in the 31/31.5 range, and these were very comfortable, but a bit large inside. I was hoping to buy a 31.0 in this boot, but they apparently only come in 30.5 or 31.5 shells. If you have wide feet and are an advanced/expert skier looking for a stiff, comfortable boot, this would be it.
