Product Description

BBuilt to go everywhere, the Theory is a proper all mountain ski. Packed full of technology, the Theory starts with a wider 95mm waist stability enough to float and be comfortable soft snow and crud, but still is quick enough to rail turns on groomers and hard packed snow. Playing up the responsiveness the Theory gets Step Down Sidewall L3 construction. Mixing sidewall and cap the wider ski is able to remain very light weight, have forgiveness in the tip and tail, but be rock solid underfoot for unflappable edge hold and a very quick transition between turns. By giving the Theory a dose of adaptive rocker, slight tip rise, it becomes forgiving and smearable in softer snow with effortless turn initiation of harder snow. Rounded out with a full wood core for a poppy and smooth feel the Theory is a very well balanced ski, every feature it has is designed to excel both on and off piste. A medium flex and giant slalom style turn means the Theory works best for advanced intermediate skiers and up.

Hi, Trey here with Atomic's Theory new for 2012! I'm gonna give this ski 4 out of five. I really like this ski, it fits my skiing style and my body well. Light weight but stable, very quick edge to edge 75 under foot. You'd never know it unless you're transitioning turns, I think it's good in the bumps, good in the trees, turns well enough to get you through some powder. Just a good one ski quiver. from Atomic 4 out of 5.

Hey, Thom here with the Atomic Theory. New ski for them this year. 95 under foot, uses is their step down side wall construction. I give this 3/5 stars. It's definitely a nice ski, but for me my style is a little bit more of that driven carve type turn. It didn't have that aggressive stand on it type feel that some other skis, like this kind of profile have. But if you're looking for more off piste, a little bit more adventurous skiing it actually is pretty respondable. It's got a great short radius on it for trees, bumps and crud. It's a very very nimble ski and I can definitely see someone who is a little bit lighter weight than me really loving this ski. But for your high end intermediate through advanced all Mountain skier that's just looking to be able to have one ski that's going to be able to do front side, backside, and everything in between this is a great one.

Hi, I'm Steve, I just got off the Atomic Theory. I give this ski 4/5 stars. I really liked it, it was solid, its a great all mountain twin. 95 under the waist its got sidewall under the foot, cap on the front cap allows you to take turns better the sidewall gives you good stability. I give this a one ski quiver, you can take it pretty much anywhere you want to go. It can handle the hard packed, it can handle crud, it'll probably do fine in the powder. We didn't have any powder out here today, but this is a great out west ski for that guy that just wants to go everywhere and just take one ski to do anything.

Hey, I'm Sean. I just got done skiing the Atomic Theory ski. I give it a 4/5 stars. It's going to be kind of your all Mountain play ski. It handled great carving down the mountain, but it's not going to be an all out park kind of ski that you want to get. If you're looking for something that you can kind of play around on a new mostly going down groomed runs and ungroomed runs. It would be a fun ski for you, it does have there at their adaptive rocker technology. That's going to give you a little more forward lean. It does have a partial sidewall design here but also capped so that does make it a little easier to carve down the mountain. Overall a fun ski to go down the mountain with, it would be a fun ski to play a little bit Park and a little bit of bumps. That's why I give it a 4/5 stars it's going to be geared towards that intermediate or advanced skier that wants to go down groomed runs mostly but can go over some bumps.

Hey, I'm Kevin. I just got off the brand new Atomic Theory. This is the replacement for the Atomic Snoop. Much better ski here, much lighter weight on its feet, quicker edge to edge. I think it's a little more calmer definitely a lot more snap than the snoop was. Overall I like this ski a whole lot more, about the same dimensions, you get the adaptive camber here so it's fully cambered. You wait the ski you get a little bit rocker in the tip so it's just a really good all-around all mountain twin tip ski. For the guy who wants the twin, but might not be in park and wants to ski all mountain you know front side, backside, a little powder, a little bit of crud. This is definitely a good ski for you so this get 4 out of 5 stars.

Hi, I'm EJ. This is the Atomic Theory. But you don't have to be a rocket scientist to ski this baby. 95 mm wide underfoot this is the ski I've been looking for. This is the first ski wider than 90 mm underfoot that I have been able to be on edge, carve long turns and GS turns. The ski is responsive dynamic and cool looking in my mind to. So this ski is looking for powder, but on the front side, backside, anywhere you want to go. I can't give this more praise than I can dish out now. So I'm giving this six stars, this is the ski that tests for me. The ski rocks, have a great ski day and wherever this guy takes you.

I'm Adam, and I'm skiing on the Atomic Theory. I give it a five out of five. I absolutely loved it, it's got the step down sidewalk, 95 under foot so that's like true all mountain width. Holds an edge on the hardpacked, you can float and smear some turns in the powder, really really enjoyable to ski. If you're looking for that one ski that does it all. It held up well at speeds and 95 underfoot will float five out of five.
