The Knight, from Salomon, is a price conscious entry into Freeride skis. The Knight takes advantage of Salomon's Edgy Monocoque construction and a composite core, making it a very forgiving and lightweight ski. The 85mm waist profile allows the Knight to have some flotation and a very predictable feel in crud and softer snow, giving progressing skiers confidence to ski terrain otherwise avoided. Total edge reinforcement, and wide edges increase durability. A rounded tail give Knight an easy turn release, adding to the predictability in bumps and crud. Confidence and inspiration are what the Knight is all about. The Knight will let any advancing beginner to intermediate skier learn to explore and understand what Freeriding is.
