This helmet fits my oval-shaped head well and is very light and comfortable. Once I had it on, I never really noticed I was wearing a helmet. The helmet is very warm with the vents closed, and ventilates heat well with them open. The Boa adjustable fit system is a great feature, however it is also my one complaint. Once adjusted, there is no way to lock it into place. And, because the adjusting wheel is located low on the back of the helmet, when I wear a high-collared shirt (such as a zip-up fleece or ski jacket), the wheel rubs against my collar occasionally when I turn my head and causes the helmet to loosen. It's a minor complaint, but one that Smith will hopefully address in future models.

I thought I would never wear Helment. My 20 year old blue stocking hat was good enough. Now I will never NOT wear this helment.
