I ski in MI and out west. I need a WARM coat. I wear lots of layers, but many coats do not keep me warm. I wanted a detachable hood, many coats do not have which I won't buy. Nils coats have kept me warm. I like sophisticated, interesting, timeless, colors, fabrics, and hardware. Not flashy, trendy, weird patterns. I like unique colors and fabrics that work well in the environment. Nils fits the bill.
