The Nordica Hell and Back Hike Expert Ski Boots are a new pair of sidecountry boots that have been built for maximum downhill performance but allow you to go after new adventures into the always expanding resort sidecountry. These ski boots feature a progressive flex that will give you tongue rebound. They also feature the hike/ski mechanism that has been put into the top buckle. This mechanism allows you to open the buckle to the hike mode position which dis-engages the upper cuff of the boot to make for easy uphill hiking, walking or skinning. When you are ready to ski again simply close the buckle to ski mode and you will be ready to head back down the mountain. A 45 degree instep gives you better forefoot comfort and makes it really easy to get into and out of the boot. The Hell and Back features a Dual Density Full Shock Eraser that maximizes shock dampening, and they also have a rubber insole that gives you maximum traction on any surface. The Nordica Hell and Back Hike Expert Ski Boots will take you anywhere and back again.

Very Nice Boots!
Comments:
I'm an instructor at a large Colorado Resort. These boots are perfect for someone who wants a performance fit, stiff flex and easy switch to walk mode. The three buckle system was new to me and I sweated whether I could adjust them enough with only three buckles but had no issues. The three buckles makes it easier to adjust and put on and off.

Love these boots
Comments:
Great boots. Used them about 12 days last season after trading in my 15 year old Nordicas. These new ones are warm and snug - good for narrow feet. The boot itself was heavier than I anticipated, perhaps even a touch heavier than my old ones. Love the functionality and overall support.

Q: What is the weight of this boot? Also does this feel like an actual 115 flex or is as soft as a wet noodle?

Know the answer? Answer this question

A: Unfortunately the weight of the Nordica Hell & Back Hike Expert boots was not provided to us by Nordica, and we no longer have the boots in stock to weigh. But the boots will indeed have a true 115 flex feel.
