After you have placed your order with us and provided us with a valid e-mail address, you will receive two emails.
Sometimes we do unfortunately run out of certain items due to high demand. If this occurs, we will let you know as soon as possible by e-mail.
On occasion, an item is out of stock and not anticipated to come back in stock. In this case we will assist you in finding a substitute or must cancel the item. If the order is canceled and you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item. We will also not charge you for any applicable taxes, promotions and shipping. If you paid with a Gift Certificate, we will send you a new Gift Certificate for the amount of the item, plus any applicable taxes, promotions and shipping.
