Shipping | Order Status
After you have placed your order with us and provided us with a valid e-mail address, you will receive two emails.
- The first e-mail will confirm that your order has been received by us and is in processing (your order confirmation number will link to the Order Status page). Within 24 hours this e-mail should come in.
- The second e-mail confirms that your order has left our warehouse and is currently in the shipping process. You can check the present status of your order by the order status link on the top right corner of our site, or clicking on the order status link provided in the e-mail sent.
Change In Order Status
Sometimes we do unfortunately run out of certain items due to high demand. If this occurs, we will let you know as soon as possible by e-mail.
On occasion, an item is out of stock and not anticipated to come back in stock. In this case we will assist you in finding a substitute or must cancel the item. If the order is canceled and you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item. We will also not charge you for any applicable taxes, promotions and shipping. If you paid with a Gift Certificate, we will send you a new Gift Certificate for the amount of the item, plus any applicable taxes, promotions and shipping.
