Lighten your day, not your standards with the Aqua-Bound Eagle Ray Hybrid 2-Piece Kayak Paddle. Think of this paddle as a fiberglass-reinforced version of Aqua-Bound's carbon touring paddles. The Eagle Ray is great for day trips, aggressive surf kayaking and anything in between. The Eagle Ray is a long, slender-bladed beauty for lower angle paddling. The Eagle Ray is intended for longer distance touring with blades that are two (2) inches longer than Aqua-Bound's Sting Ray, providing a little extra pull for moving a heavier loaded kayak. The slightly larger surface area also helps with bracing and rolling. Comes equipped with a two-hole snap button ferrule system.

Comments about AquaBound Eagle Ray Hybrid 2-Piece Kayak Paddle 2011:
the use of the paddles were to get me to the few islands off the coast where i live.
the mold of the shaft fits well into my hands.
i bought a size 210, they are a little short, i was bumping my boat most of the time, no worries, it has been taken care of.

Comments about AquaBound Eagle Ray Hybrid 2-Piece Kayak Paddle 2011:
Great value for the price, will end up in my regular rotation of paddles. I was concerned at first the smaller blades would not provide enough catch in the water but it makes up for the loss of acceleration in ease of use on shoulders and back. Easy in, easy out over a long day. Fits well with low to mid angle strokes.
