Stiffer than the old blade, the new Sunrise Glass provides the optimal balance between performance and paddler fatigue. This lightweight fiberglass shaft is selected to provide the maximum strength and optimal flex. The fiberglass shaft which is ovalized for ease of paddling provides both warmth and comfort. This Asymmetric Blade is well balanced and designed for zero torque, allowing for smooth paddling and less wrist fatigue. The Dihedral Blade shape minimizes flutter and provides an easy paddle stroke. The new Sunrise Blades are made of lightweight durable glass filled polypropylene. The fiberglass Shaft features our composite ferrule providing a precision fit, thus reducing any loss of power. The composite ferrule won't seize up in sand or salt water.
