The sole is ground so that the club can be used for short range approach shots from the fairway or rough, yet also be used with a square or open face out of the bunkers and chipping around the green. 60 degree Lob - 10 degrees of bounce with 60 degrees of loft make getting out of bunkers a snap. The moderate bounce also allows for approach shots, reducing the chance for fat shots from the fairway. Great for tour-like flop shots around the greens.
