The POC Skull Comp is worth the price. This is my second one, as I had purchased a 2009 Skull Comp through some other online outfit (won't mention their name) and the helmet was defective. I purchased a 2010 Skull Comp this time and while I haven't nailed any trees, I did take some good/bad wipe outs and I could still see straight afterward, so the helmet worked great.
