By using the wider 100mm last over the more narrow 97mm last, the RS 110 Wide has slightly more toe, instep and navicular room but the same strong Lange heel pocket. This means improved comfort without sacrificing the power and precision you want out of a race shell. At 110 in flex and with the strong rebound characteristics of the RS shells the 110 is stiff and supportive enough for most aggressive skiers under 200 pounds whether they are racing or just looking for a powerful all mountain boot. Inside, the Control Fit liner's true lasting mirrors the shell perfectly for a very connected feel directly to your boot, but the anatomical padding, instep pocket and one piece toe box keep everything very comfortable.
