What the Yakima SkyBox 12 offers is a stylish, smart and easy way to store your equipment, luggage, skis, etc., without so little hassle you'll consider using the carrier when grocery shopping. It's easy to mount and tool-free, it can fit onto crossbars as short as two feet and will fit onto any car rack system with round or square crossbars. When storing, you have an integrated track system for accessories like a cargo net or base pad and the luxury of having both sides open for easier loading. The newly-designed lid is easier to open and close too. For security the Yakima SkyBox 12 includes Super Latch Security to ensures the lid is secure to the base and the contents remain safe.
