Not just for juniors. On our 300 foot race hill, our GS races have very tight turns so an 18 meter turn radius of the 176cm ski works well. Great for Nastar and tight GS courses where a 23m or greater turn radius seems inappropriate. I weigh over 225lbs and I don't overpower on many tight courses. We call our tight GS courses "Glaloms."
I ski a bigger ski for more open GS courses. Not FIS legal for older folks.

This is a great ski for NASTAR type racing and Beer League racing. The deal at SKIS[@]was unbelievably good.
