The Tigershark 10 Foot Power Switch is SKIING magazine's 'Best in Test' for frontside expert skiers who want to ski fast all day on firm snow. With the same construction as the 12 Foot, the 10 Footer has a 121-73-105 shape for high-speed carving, and the 3 Position Power Switch to allow the skier to decide how hard he wants the ski to react. Power Switch consists of dual carbon fiber rods encased in full-length longitudinal 'tuning tubes.' Moving the switch compresses or releases springs at the front of each rod, increasing or decreasing the ski's power, for the ultimate personalization. If the skier wants to ski hard, with a lot of power, getting the most rebound and energy from the ski, the skier simply moves the switch to the 'Power' position. For a slightly more relaxed ride that still has plenty of power and rebound, put the switch in the 'Dynamic' or middle position. If the skier wants to relax and just take it easy, the 'Cruise' position releases the tension on the elastomerregulated springs, giving the ski less snap and power, but a more relaxed ride.
