CH4 is a Hydrocarbon based wax which is the perfect race prep wax or recreational wax. CH4 is ideal for extremely cold winter time temperatures, when the snow is between -25 and 14 degrees Fahrenheit. CH4 is extremely hard and therefore can be mixed with other Swix waxes to increase their durability on ice and man made snow, especially for technical racing events. Due to the hardness of the wax hot waxing is highly recommended.
