A mid-length, unstructured fit, the Nac-Nac is built with a heavy-duty StormTech fabric (100% Nylon) that has been coated with HydroBlock. StormTech is a 100% mini-faille nylon that is super durable, lightweight and comfortable. StormTech is a favorite among parents who are looking for a long-lasting, tough fabric that won't restrict their child as he plays. The exclusive HydroBlock technology, a polyurethane hydrophilic coating, is applied to the underside of the fabric to make it waterproof and breathable. Also added to the Nac-Nac is Mosaic, a breathable 95% nylon / 5% polyester blend, that has been treated with DWR to the exterior finish of the jacket for additional weatherproofing and stain resistance. Nac-Nac is insulated, as well, with 220gm of Permaloft in the body, 180gm in the sleeves and 80gm in the hood. Permaloft is a non-compactable thermal fiber that adjusts with the body's position without restricting movement. Permaloft is extremely soft, lightweight, completely water-resistant and is considered one of the best insulators with a superior warmth-to-weight ratio. And thanks to Obermeyer's I-Grow system, your child can enjoy this protection for more than just one season. The I-Grow system, an Obermeyer original, features a simple and unique way of increasing the life of a child's garment by simple snipping specifically placed colored threads. By doing so, you can lengthen the cuffs up to two inches! But that's not all! Other features of the Nac-Nac include but are not limited to - fleece earwarmers, a removable hood with an auto-adjust safety design, a working compass (he'll love it!), a fleece lining and so much more.
