I'm a small guy 5'4 , 130lbs and needed to get the medium as a small would no way fit. It's snug, but has to be to work. Im pretty happy so far, and I am looking forward to using this up at Lake George, NY, where the lake water is always cold, even in the end of AUG!
Easy to get on dry, but once wet, it takes practice, or some help to get it off.
I also feel more buoyant in the water with this on.
