This Vans Downing Womens jacket has a 10,000mm waterproof rating and a 10,000g breathability rating, along with pit zip venting that will allow for maximum air flow to keep you dry while keeping out the rain, sleet and snow. Taped seams have a waterproof material placed between overlapped seams, which are then double stitched. This sewing technique adds to the strength of the seam and helps eliminate any gaps when the jacket is used. These seams will be more water-resistant than normal seams. With five pockets you will never run out of space for storing the necessities for braving any weather condition.

I use the jacket for skiing and it was great. I have normally a size between small and medium and I bought medium, it was a little bit to big- but ok. I absolutly love the jacket, it is so stylish!

This bright white coat is gorgeous, love the bright brass snaps and saddle stitching. It is super warm without being heavy and bulky. The arm vent zippers are a bit sticky sometimes, which is a hassle on the mountain with gloves and gear on -- completely pleased with this purchase.
