The North Face Zephyrus Hoodie is lightweight and thermal without the bulk of cumbersome layers, this insulated wind shell pullover is extremely packable and versatile for a range of conditions. This alpine fit shell is one of The North Face sponsored athletes favorite pieces for vertical exploration. Very excited about the Super Zephyrus Hoodie, it represents a step forward in the new but really progressive area of body mapping synthetic insulation and fleece in a mid layer garment. With the Super Zephyrus Hoodie The North Face have designed a garment that insulates well due to the 40g Primaloft insulation, but remains flexible and doesn't feel bulky under a shell due to Polartec Power Stretch being built into the under arm and hood areas. These Power Stretch panels also mean the garment breathes incredibly well so you don't overheat. The attached hood provides extra warmth under a helmet and the Power Stretch cuffs are very comfortable and feature thumb loops to stop the arms riding up even during strenuous activity. The Super Zephyrus really does make an awesome mid layer under a shell when the temperatures drop and also functions well as a breathable outer layer in less demanding conditions.

Comments about The North Face Super Zephyrus Hoodie Womens Mid Layer 2012:
I wear this jacket everyday to go shopping, work out etc. It is light, soft and comfy, the main thing for me is that the jacket has a hood which is extremely important to have if you live in Seattle area.
Could be even better if it was a little thicker and warmer.
