The SOMA Zephyr 90 is a sporty performance boot for speed loving ladies. Based on a 100mm forefoot and a 90 flex shell the Zephyr 90 has the response of a high performance boot with a touch of additional toe room and few comfort features to make for a strong intermediate to advanced all mountain boot. Using Fischer's Soma-tec, the Zephyr 90 puts you in a natural V position giving you better control, a more natural motion, and less strain on your joints with and on center position increasing edge grip and faster edge to edge transfers. Adding to the quick responding nature of the Zephyr 90 the X-rail system strengthens the power triangle of the boot improving the transfer of energy from the leg to the forefoot, making initiation and control of your skis even easier and faster. To make the Zephyr 90 nice and easy to get into the Rapid Slide System utilizes a soft material over the instep and a seamless slider panel making for very easy entry and exit with no boot bite. Inside the Zephyr 90 has the FFS Sport liner, a full thermoformable liner making the most of the H.I.P.E. construction. High Insulation PolyEthylene provides maximum warmth through a three layer mesh, aluminum coating, polyethylene build that also offers an amazing, precise fit so the Zephyr 90 not only responsive but is warm and comfortable. If the H.I.P.E. liner isn't quite warm enough the Zephyr 90 comes prepared to accept boot heaters, while it is not pre-wired the cuff has a built in clip and the liner is pre marked for the wiring. Finishing the Zephyr 90 off are four microadjustable buckles, a 35mm powerstrap, and single cuff alignment for tweaking the boot exactly to your foot shape. The Zephyr 90 is defiantly a boot for speed queens looking to tear up all mountain terrain, it just happens to have ski bunny appeal.
