Ladies, Rossignol has been a forerunner in developing women's specific boots for the last decade. The Women's Sensor Shell has been 100% designed with F.I.T. (Feminine Intuitive Technology), which addresses women's unique fit issues that include narrower heels, smaller forefoot shapes, and lower cuffs to accommodate a lower, fuller calf. Three new features this season Rossignol offers in all women's boots are a quilted goose down toe box, for added warmth. Oversize buckles that are easier for a smaller or gloved hand to close with tension when you have gotten the rest of the family dressed and out the door and you are the last one to be ready. Notches in the plastic at the instep area make getting in and out of boots a cinch (a long standing problem with women's boots). The Kiara Sensor 60 is a great boot for beginners, mellow intermediates and teenage girls that are not too aggressive. A 104mm last provides plenty of comfort as you cruise down long, tree lined, snow covered trails with the rest of the family.
