The Salomon Quest Access 70 W is a new boot from Salomon this season. The Quest Access Series has a wider fit in the forefoot than the Quest series. The Salomon My Custom Fit Sport Woolmetal Sport Liner is plush and cozy, yet still gives you support for the ride down the mountain. Ride and Hike Technology releases the upper cuff from the lower to provide some flex for skinning and hiking up hill for a short sidecountry tour. Lightweight with durable toe and heel pads that grip better on ice, rock and firm snow. The Womens Specific Liner and Cuff are designed just for a women's lower, fuller calf. The Ratchet Buckle allows 4cm of adjustment. The Wool Metal insulated liner is a blend of wool and metallic polyester to keep feet warm and comfortable. The Salomon Quest Access 70 W is a perfect boot for ladies that will start to do some sidecountry adventures who have a wider forefoot and shaft of the leg. As always do not leave the safety of the resort boundaries with out a shovel, probe, transceiver, partner, and the knowledge to use them.
