The Viva M8 may be the most comfortable way to learn how to ski. Designed with a roomy 105mm forefoot and the Progressive Cushioning System the Viva M8 is all about comfort which makes it an ideal boot for beginner skiers who want, and need to have, comfortable feet to stay out all day. The PCS provides most of the comfort through the use of slow memory Ethafoam and a tri-layer footbed that together cushion and cradle your foot and soak up painful and fatiguing vibration. At a mid soft 70 flex the Viva M8 is also a very forgiving boot, allowing you to make the occasional mistake without harsh retribution. To keep the Viva M8 nice and warm Tecnica uses the Viva UltraFit Liner complete with Viva Velvet Fur lining for a soft initial feel. To add a bit of performance to help you learn how to ski four microadjustable buckles, single cuff alignment and a powerstrap let you tweak your fit for the necessary support and control. If you want to learn to ski or maybe have rented a few times the Viva M8 is a very warm and comfortable alternative to beat up rental boots.
