They're shorts! No they're pants! Wait, they are both. The Spyder Womens Race Training Pants are the prefect multi purpose racing pants. Zippers at the knees allow you to remove the bottom portion of the legs to train in shorts on warmer days. Zippers run the full length of the legs so the Training Pants can be easily removed on race days or for timed training runs. By placing the zippers on the front of the thighs Spyder was able to better protect the zippers from getting broken when gate training. Gate Guards on the lower legs are extra durable for protection against gate burn and keep your pants looking good all season long. Removable suspenders give you the best of both worlds, put them up to avoid struggling to get your Training Pants back on after your run and once you have them all zipped up you can let the suspenders dangle for that pure racer look.
