The new Temptation series from Rossignol is for ladies that are looking for a ski that can take them anywhere, anytime, any day. The Auto Turn Rocker is seventy percent traditional camber underfoot, with thirty percent rocker in the tip and tail. Camber underfoot gives the skier plenty of rebound and responsiveness on the groomed trails, while the tip rocker helps initiates turns quicker, absorbs the negative energy that a ski gets when powering through crud on the groomers, and bumps, and help the ski plane to the top of powder when it has been snowing for a few days. An extended sidecut continues past the contact point where the rocker starts. As she speeds up and edge angle increases more of the sidecut is engaged for better grip. At lower speeds and edge angles less of the sidecut is engaged for easier turning and more maneuverability. A cascade tip makes the tip lighter for a lower swing weight making legs less fatigued. The Central sidewall makes the ski more forgiving without sacrificing edge hold. The Temptation 82 is a great ski for the women who will spend most of their time on the groomers, but are not afraid to venture in to the back bowls when the conditions are just too good to pass up.

Awesome skiis for expert that have a petite frame which is always difficult to find good expert skiis. Snappy turns, great on crud, powder, moguls, woods and groomers. If you want to go fast on groomers there are not the ski you want but if you like the side of the slopes, powder, moguls and mix of environment wiht a fun quick turns they are perfect.

I'm Lynn, I just skied the Rossignol Temptation 82 in the 166 cm length. It is a 14 meter turn radius. It's wider under the foot. It's 82 under the foot. this ski loves to ski anything but it would really, really be a great ride to ski out west. I think you're going to enjoy this ski if you are an advanced skier. I give this ski 5/5 stars. I really enjoyed the ride it gave me, very versatile.

Hi this is Kathleen and I just tried out the Rossignol Temptation 82. It's their upper-level ski for advanced and experts. It's not for the faint of heart, it loves to be on edge. I just went flying on it! it feels real stable under the foot, it allows skidding. It's not forgiving because of that upper level ski I tried on both the hardpacked and loose snow but held up wonderfully under both. So if your an upper-level skier and you like to fly and you know how to get them on edge this is the ski for you. If you're trying just short turns I had to work real hard for that but it does want to be on edge. If that's what you like this is a great ski for you. I'm going to give it a five out of five for upper levels.

Hi I'm Julie. I just got off the Rossignol Temptation 82. It's a new ski in the line this year. I give it a 5/5 star rating. It's designed for a an advanced to expert level female skier. It's a great ski with an all mountain tip with 82 underfoot so it's nice, wide and extremely versatile. For everything from groomers to a little bit of softer snow or powder. It's got a great look to it and a partial sidewall so it really will rip turns. But with a little bit of tip rocker it's not so punishing or too much for an advanced aspiring advanced woman skier.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
