The ARVw is Armada's take on a women's specific all mountain ski. By taking the ARV geometry and re-specing it to better suit the ladies the ARVw becomes a super stable, reliable, a quick edge to edge ski that is a true 50-50 kind of ski. Starting with a full ABS sidewall for great edge hold and a quick response you would want on hardpacked and groomed conditions the ARVw is given the backbone to be a fun and lively ski. To help keep weight down and versatility up the ARVw uses an Ultralight Core with a 89mm waist profile which keeps the weight centered underfoot for a low swing weight for easier carving and a really playful feel when you feel like throwing down the occasional park lap with the stability to handle everything from park to knee deep powder. For increased pop and power the ARVw also gets a dose of CK Stringer Technology, a carbon/kevlar weave that adds energy while helping to fight off negative vibrations and a laminate matrix to balance out the overall flex profile. Helping with the ARVw's durability 2.5 Impact Edges are used because Armada believes you will encounter a few rocks and rails on the ARVw so it needs to be able to take the abuse, which is why they also use the 50/50 base to blend great glide with tank like strength. At the one ride to take care of everything the ARVw is stable and reliable, perfect to keep you shredding everything and all day long.

Comments about Armada ARVw Womens Skis 2012:
Hi I'm Julie. I just got off the Armada ARVW. I give it a 4 out of 5 stars. It's got a full sidewall and wider waist so it makes it nice and versatile if your looking for a little bit deeper snow. A real true all-mountain experience on this ski. It does have great edge grip cause of the side wall construction I mentioned. Pretty sweet graphics - overall I give it a 4 out of 5 stars.
